ERModel2Visualiser() -> new ERModel2Visualiser component.
Send parsed entity-relationship data as lists of entities and
relations to the "inbox" inbox. Once shutdown, sends out commands to
drive a TopologyViewer component to produce a visualisation of the
described entities and relations.
